Great place

We stayed 12 days with my wife and young kid beginning of May and we had fantastic holidays. Owners offered a warm welcome and were always there to help during the stay. The house is confortable, with 2 bedrooms a nice living room/ kitchen area, a nice garden with view towards the sea. Beach is at 10mn by foot next to the kite surf spot. I definitely recommed. Guillaume.

The location was good, only a few minutes walk from the Horizon beach, with a garden and lovely view towards Kalymnos. Very comfortable and well equipped villa, friendly and helpful hosts. We all enjoyed our time there. It is advisable to have a car as it's too far to walk to Mastichari in the evening along a busy road. Joanna

The house is perfect for families with children. The location is ideal, secluded but close to everything and with a wonderful view to the ocean. Communication was perfect and host even helped making arrangements for COVID tests. If we return to Kos we would stay there again. Monica

Ubicate nel mezzo dell'isola le villette sono la meta ideale per circa pace e tranquillità, e quando cerchi un po' di vita in 15 min di auto sei a Kos....Le abitazioni sono ampie, pulite, e il pergolato vista mare è ideale per colazioni, pranzi e cene (le cene sempre con lo stesso spettacolo di tramonti indimenticabili....). We really enjoyed our stay in "villa kos" this summer! We were 4 included two children (5 ansd 6 years old). The houses are pretty, very clean and well equipped (oven,dishwasher..). Each have a very nice view to the sea which is about 300m away. A barbecue is available for the fresh fish provided by Leonidas! We definitively recommend this rental. Thanks to their kind owner, Blandine and Leonidas.  

We have just returned from a week's holiday at Villa Kos. The villa is lovely, very well equipped and spacious for a family of 4. The location is peaceful with a great view and beautiful sunsets. It's a short drive from Mastichari with its great beach and fantastic tavernas, there's also a small harbour where you can catch a ferry to the island of Kalymos. Also really close to the Lido water park which our boys aged 10 and 8 loved.  They were so kind and helpful, there is a small book provided which gives you ideas of places to visit on the lovely island of Kos. All in all it's great place to stay if, like us, you want to avoid the package tourism in bigger resorts like Kardemena. Would highly recommend, thank you Blandine and Leonidas! Sarah W.

We just wanted to thank you for our stay at Villa Kos.  We had a lovely time.  The Villa was all that we expected, suited us perfectly and we loved the location.  We hope to repeat this holiday in the future!

We have been to many beautiful places in the world, but Villa Kos and the island Kos are one of the best we have everseen. The villa lived up to our internet expectations; the high points being the cleanliness, sunsets and views, peaceful position and the friendly welcome and extreme helpfulness of Blandine and Leonidas. We enjoyed getting to know them and our neighbours at the “welcome meal”. We explored the island and particular highlights were the Knights Castle and lunch at Aghios Theologos. We enjoyed the greek simplicity of Troulos Beach. Also made full use of facilities at Marmari Palace Hotel – loved the pool and boys enjoyed playing international football 5pm every day all ages welcome (we are 18,21 and 52!) .
