5 summerhouses of 64 sqm , (built in 2002) on a hill overlooking the sea. They are located in a quiet area , on different levels, in a wide garden . All have a wonderful view on the 3 islands of Kalymnos , Pserimos and Plati.
A sandy beach (Blue Flag 2022) is 300 m away.
All villas are very confortable and are well equipped for 4 people (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) .
A special area to park a car is situated behind each house . Pets are not allowed.
The construction is good quality : full isolated, double window-panes .
Towels and sheets are provided.

Each house has a name of the greek Mythology (Phaeton, Prometheus, Princess Europe, Calypso and Nausicaa) and a cultural booklet about each , has been executed. There is also online suggestions of itineraries to do on the island and also on the other islands around (clic home in the menu).
The living room (26m2) has a french window opening on the terrace with seaview and sunset; a dining-area, a kitchenette equipped with a 2electric cookers, an oven, microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee pot and an electric kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher (tabs provided) ; in the part of the sitting room, there are 2 sofas and a wardrobe. TV (satellite). WIFI (free) . Safe. Iron.
The first bedroom with a doublebed 160cm X 200cm (2 mattresses) and a private showerroom and WC has the seaview. The second bedroom with twin beds has the hillview. The seperate bathroom/WC is equipped with a hair-dryer . Air-conditionning in option in the 2 bedrooms . Fans (free) are installed in the bedrooms during the summer . During the for-season , if necessary , all the rooms are equiped with an individual electric heating. The water is heated by sun energy and electricity if necessary..
The terrace (18sqm) is covered by a pergola and equiped with a table , garden chairs and deckchairs.
